NF-410III Rare
  • The cutting board has an integrated structure, making it easy to clean and very hygienic.
  • Water-resistant design allows for running water cleaning. ※Some areas such as openings are prohibited from water exposure.
  • The circular blade and meat platform area can be easily disassembled and cleaned.
  • Elevated design allows easy cleaning of the floor under the machine.
  • Improved cleanability by expanding the cutting board area.
  • Weight can be attached/detached during cleaning for improved hygiene.

Improved Operability and Workability

NF-410III Rare
  • Operation method changed from lever switch to push button type.
  • Slice speed can be changed simply by turning a volume control.
  • Cutting board lowered by 30mm for deeper capacity and improved workability.
  • The circular blade center cover, which must be removed during cleaning, can be disassembled without tools. Height adjustment previously required during installation is no longer necessary.
  • Upper presser changed from ratchet type to knob fixing method. Firmly holds the raw material and suppresses vibration during cutting.

Safety Considerations for Operators

  • Sensors are installed on the blade upper cover and peripheral cover. Safe operation as it will not run when blades are unnecessarily exposed.
  • Circular blade safety cover is standard equipment. Safe even during cleaning.
