For thicknesses up to 15mm, high-speed slicing is possible at a processing speed of up to 80 slices/minute. We also paid particular attention to the beauty of the sliced surface.
Remarkable Yield – 15mm Chucking Residual Meat
Our proprietary two-stage chucking system fixes the material firmly without wobbling, controlling it along with the length of the raw material. Finally, by pressing against a backing plate for cutting, chucking residual meat is reduced to 15mm.
The machine automatically recognizes the length of the raw meat and automatically calculates the most efficient initial cutting position for the thickness setting, minimizing residual meat and improving yield.
Scale-like Discharge Enables Smooth Receiving Process
Our unique conveyor control enables scale-like discharge.
Tasks that previously required two people for slicing and receiving can now be handled by one person.
Automatic Blade Tension Adjustment with Load Detection Function
Blade tension is automatically controlled by air cylinder.
The load detection function changes to the optimal operating speed according to blade deterioration or material condition.
Design with Thorough Safety Considerations
- Machine starts with two-hand push button
- Blade automatically stops if not operated for a certain period
- Cover prevents blade exposure when stopped
- Automatic operation stop if blade comes off – safety design prevents projection even in emergencies
- Door locks during blade rotation and coasting after stop
