The pack fixed-weight slicer “ZEUS” is an innovative slicer that realizes labor savings in fresh meat pack product production through advanced control combining 3D shape measurement and weight measurement.

We are deeply grateful that we received this prestigious award in the memorable year of our 100th anniversary since our founding in 1925, which is entirely thanks to everyone’s support.

Feature ① Significant Labor Savings Through Pack Fixed-Weight Slicing
Through our proprietary control mechanism, we perform optimal cutting according to the shape of the raw material, simultaneously achieving “fixed-weight slicing” and “aligned discharge” matched to the target weight.
This eliminates the “manual adjustment work after arrangement” that was previously essential, improving production capacity by approximately 1.5 times compared to conventional machines.

Feature ② Beautiful Arrangement Through Proprietary “Release Device” (Patent Acquired)
Equipped with a newly developed “release device” that separates slices from the circular blade immediately after slicing (Patent No. 7614641).
By suppressing warping and bending caused by rotational effects, anyone can easily create products with excellent appearance simply by arranging them as they are discharged onto the conveyor.

Feature ③ Achieved 99.5% Yield Through Improved “Rack Structure” (Patent Acquired)
Adopted a new structure that allows the circular blade and rack to be positioned extremely close (0.5-0.0mm) (Patent No. 7602262).
By minimizing meat waste generation, yield has been significantly improved from 97.7% on conventional machines to 99.5%, greatly contributing to raw material loss reduction.
