Rack Removal and Washing Now Possible
The rack, which was previously non-removable, can now be taken out, improving the cleanability of the meat box.
Easy Cleaning with Flat Structure & Spacious Design
The simple design with minimal irregularities and spacious area around the circular blade makes cleaning easy and hygienic.
Resin Parts Changed to Stainless Steel
All handles and knobs that previously used resin parts have been changed to stainless steel.
Even Small Ingredients Sliced Uniformly
The width adjustment dimension has been reduced from the conventional 92mm to 70mm. Even narrow ingredients can be firmly fixed and sliced uniformly.
Emergency Stop Button Added for Enhanced Safety
In addition to conventional buttons, an emergency stop button that cuts off power has been added.
Easy and Hygienic Cutting Board Attachment/Detachment
The cutting board can be easily attached and detached, and can be removed and washed directly for hygiene.
Easy and Hygienic Meat Feeding Conveyor Attachment/Detachment
The conveyor is cassette-type for easy attachment/detachment, making disassembly and cleaning after use simple. It’s hygienic as drips and meat scraps don’t accumulate. The belt conveyor uses a lightweight, non-stretch urethane belt (antibacterial type). Of course, there’s no meat slipping either.
Foot Switch Operation Also Possible
Foot switch is optional.
