Amazing Yield – 6mm Chucking Residual Meat

Our uniquely developed two-stage chucking system securely fixes without wobbling and controls along with the length of the raw material. Finally, by pressing against a backing plate for cutting, chucking residual meat is reduced to 6mm. Automatically grasps the length of raw meat and automatically calculates the most efficient initial cutting position for thickness settings, minimizing residual meat and improving yield.

Scale-like Discharge Enables Smooth Receiving Process

Unique conveyor control enables scale-like discharge. Work that previously required 2 people for slicing and receiving can now be handled by 1 person.

Automatic Blade Tension Adjustment with Load Detection Function

Blade tension is automatically controlled by air cylinder. Load detection function changes to optimal operating speed based on blade deterioration or raw material condition.

Design with Thorough Safety Considerations

  • Machine starts only with two-hand push switch
  • Blade automatically stops if not operated for a certain time
  • Cover prevents blade exposure when stopped
  • Automatic operation stop if blade comes off, safety design prevents projection even in emergencies
