Equipped with 3-in-1 multi-function capability that allows slicing at free angles from seafood items to meat. Adapts to a wide range of applications.
Angle Adjustment (0° to 60°) Automatically Set with Touch Panel!
Diagonal slicing can be freely performed on everything from salmon to yakiniku materials and other ingredients. The same food material can look dramatically different by changing the slice angle, and can be sliced cleanly to the very last piece.
Complete Conveyor Washing Possible!
The feed conveyor and receiving conveyor can be easily removed, allowing complete washing for hygiene.
Easy to Clean and Hygienic!
The circular blade peripheral cover can be easily opened and closed, and the conveyor can be easily removed, making washing and cleaning easy to perform. (Circular blade attachment/detachment tool included)

- Horizontal feed port for continuous feeding!
