Poseidon Ⅱ achieves a minimum remaining meat of 17mm through improved meat holder design. This further improves yield rate compared to conventional models.
Easy-to-Operate Color LCD Touch Panel
With an easy-to-see and easy-to-operate color LCD touch panel, all work settings from thickness setting to slice speed and tail-end positioning can be controlled as desired. Built-in memory storage and various check modes are included.
Improved Productivity
High-speed operation up to 420 slices/min is possible. ※Up to 3mm thickness
Slice Thickness Control in 0.1mm Increments
From thin slices to thick slices, controlled in 0.1mm increments. Slices to accurate thickness as set.
Automatic Pressing Function (Secure Chucking of Raw Material)
By pressing the meat during chucking, it prevents the tip of the raw material from lifting up and provides a secure hold. This achieves stable thickness precision until the end and eliminates the need for re-gripping.
Easy Cleaning of Claw Section
The push plate can be removed without tools, making it easier to clean the claw section.
